Refund policy
Shipping & Returns Policy for CMD Detailing
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:

Refunds (if applicable) After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company for processing times.
- Contact your bank for any delays. If the issue persists, please email us.
Sale Items (if applicable) Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us and send the item back.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. A gift certificate will be mailed upon receipt of the returned item. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted. For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
